80% of women in corporate careers say they are lonely BECAUSE OF their jobs –it gets worse as they get more senior and it’s preventing them from moving into positions of greater influence and power. It can be hard to even see the impact of loneliness on your own career. Sometimes it shows up as overwhelm, isolation, or a feeling that you’re not respected or not able to show up as yourself.
