Arianna Huffington Instagram – Loved being back at the @gptw_us For All Summit, this time in New Orleans, where I shared the stage with @Synchrony CHRO DJ Casto and @DesignObserver editor-in-chief Ellen McGirt. And I got to wear my favorite cape – which is now in rotation as an official repeat – to cover my arm sling (while my broken shoulder heals). The topic was “Why Investing in Well-being Is a Productivity Multiplier.” And what DJ is doing at Synchrony is a great example, including bringing @Thrive Global to support both their frontline associates and their corporate associates. My favorite stat is that 78% of their contact center agents would rather have a 60-second Reset fed to them in moments of stress than be given a five minute break! And of course, to create thriving workplaces that use well-being to drive productivity, it has to start at the top.
