She used to sing this song to us when we were toddlers. My mother , my sister and I don’t stay in close physical proximity. - owing to geography So life just goes by on phone calls and quarterly visits. When life throws hurdles at us & if we can’t meet we just attack each other with strength and tough love. Anyhoo reminiscing childhood memories and a big shoutout to my mom, who I end up scolding a lot and I realised she’s become the child and I am her mother now. But I am so proud of her, she’s doing a fab job living how she wants to ,albeit a few hiccups. I rarely give her a round of applause for her triumphs So here’s an appreciation post Mumma - I love you 🥰 #momanddaughter #momlove

Ashlesha Savant Instagram – Disclaimer – This is a personal experience and my medical diagnosis.

I tested positive for Covid-19 Delta variant on 2nd May 2021 exactly 3 years ago today .

Picture date – Covid 19 vaccination 17 April 2021 .Faridabad , Haryana .

In exactly two weeks days I too got Covid in the monstrous Second Wave of covid-19 .
The world as we knew fell prey to this monster.
I will never ever in my living years forget what that Second Wave taught me. One has to come out learning, out of such an experience.
We take everything for granted, each second of our life.Sometimes when I lose my sense of gratitude
I honestly go back to that moment and remind myself what is the real value of life.

My real Covid battle started when I
tested negative.
One day on the 22nd day after I got Covid . I could not walk properly. My legs were stiff, my breathing was shallow upon any sort of exertion and I knew I was not feeling normal.
My family Doctor, a cardiologist @arviindkaul told me to do a D-DIMER test.
The results were positively alarming and I was put on anticoagulants asap . For 3 months.
Had My doctor not diagnosed my condition in time , the physical and mental stress I was under could have been lethal .

Now did this happen bcoz of Covid or the vaccine? I don’t know. Half knowledge is dangerous knowledge. I cannot comment on that. I don’t know anything about the vaccine.

But I do know this the whole world was grappling , I saw it .
I saw the war of Covid, I heard the discussions about the vaccines,I saw people dying and I will never forget it .

The only moral of this story is be thankful. Thankful for being alive.
Try valuing life through priceless tools like Kindness,Passion,Compassion,Understanding,Acceptance and the most important of them all – LOVE ( god’s particle)

Rest leave it all in God’s hand .
