Ashley Davies Instagram – Watching the #FoodStars finale was so tough, imagining all of the great things Happy Grub could’ve done at a pop up event! The pancake art, the yummy samples, the life size characters!
But wow #FoodStars was an amazing experience for our brand either way.
It also helped me put my story out there to show that you don’t need a college education to become successful and that you can be a full time mom/parent and create a business. Being a parent teaches you a lot and you want to make all the right choices for your family.
My family kept me going and they are always who I am doing it for.
Thank you to @gordongram, all the crew, the amazing new friends I gained, and everyone who rooted me on and supported me!
This is just the beginning of the amazing plans I have for Happy Grub and beyond!
