Ashley Judd Instagram – Today marks 56 years of being on this earth, and I am thankful to be here with y’all. As a powerful woman in recovery, perhaps the best gift I’ve ever given to myself was entering treatment 18 years ago. Though life’s path is filled with challenges, it’s also a remarkable journey of self-discovery and healing that has helped shaped me into the woman I am today. As I look to another year, I am grateful for the opportunity to continue learning, walking closer with my Higher Power (who is in me like butter is in milk), striving for equity and the end of all harm.
