Working toward my Basi Pilates certification for the last year has improved my overall strength, stability, mobility, flexibility & control so much. I LOVE weight training & it’s still very much a part of my routine, but doing Pilates multiple times a week is now something I look forward too so much. Even when it’s extremely challenging (and believe me it can be) I don’t feel exhausted afterwards. I actually feel energized!
