Brittany Allen Instagram – For all who knew and loved Mister, I wanted to share that he made his journey to the great beyond last week. I don’t think words can do justice to the incredible spirit he was on this earth but… I’ll try. He was my partner on so many adventures, from the deserts of California, to the forests of BC, and all the roads and ocean in between; from the woods of Muskoka to the streets of Toronto, to the Las Vegas strip, and the many plane rides / boat trips / car drives with his head out the window, soaking up allllll the smells, from one side of the continent to the other. He was my first baby, and his grace and love patience and acceptance with our second rescue Kobe, and then Sparrow, my first human baby, was a testament to his kind gentle wise heart that I still feel with us now. I will miss him always. Mister lived life to the fullest, and I have peace in knowing that, because that’s all we can really hope for in this life that is finite for us all. So though I feel great sadness and loss, mostly I smile and laugh when I think about all of the beauty he was, all of the silliness, joy, wildness, love, peace, wisdom and light.
