If you haven’t heard of Ultherapy yet, it’s basically aaaaalll the rave over in Korea (and worldwide!) They call this super treatment ‘Ultherma’! I tried it on the 5th of March 2024 and I’m sooooo glad I did. I haven’t been able to do a strong treatment since getting pregnant so I definitely noticed my skin was not what it used to be. The weight gain from pregnancy gave me a double chin which was soooo hard to get rid of, my complexion is dull even tho I use soooo much skincare, and no matter how much sleep I get (yay for sleep training) I still seem to look dehydrated.
During the session, they applied numbing cream to my face cause the treatment is quite uncomfortable. It’s like heat deeeeep into your skin. Not painful, but not comfortable. It was tolerable tho. The next few days following the treatment my face (especially around my jaw) felt sore. That’s very normal! It lasted about a week then the ache went away (they offer you painkillers after the treatment but I opted not to take them.)
I noticed my skin was DEFINITELY more snatched looking immediately after the treatment and now 1 month post Ultherma, my double chin is nearly completely gone!!!! My skin also looks soooo much plumper now and it’s GLOWING!!!!! Seriously you can’t make this stuff up.
