Cici Coleman Instagram – How did I get from here to here?
Since the beginning of April, I cut out sugar and replaced it with natural alternatives. I ensured I did a minimum of 10,000 steps per day and committed to four heavy weight training sessions a week. I haven’t counted calories; instead, I’ve been mindful of what I eat, focusing on protein. I’ve done Weekly measurements and weigh-ins since April which have been my biggest motivation
to keep going.
