Inuktitut means the way of the Inuit and it’s the name of our language.

This was supposed to be a simple, light and easy cover album, but memories started to appear, followed by strong emotions and deep tears. These big songs resonated in our communities when i was a kid. They traced the time when Inuit were going through a lot. Like our soundtrack. Each song has a big place in our hearts.

Nakurmiik to all the artists who accepted my request to translate, explore and make their songs my own ❤️ Some were harder to get but we did it. Sarah Aloupa who made sure I respected our beautiful Inuktitut.
