I’ve been thinking a lot about Martha and her words. Do I get in my own way and block what expression is uniquely mine? What kind of actions do I knowingly or unknowingly do daily that prevent me from being the best version of myself, the most alive and open to inspiration, to creativity? I’ve tried to focus on living deliberately, in the moment, and with purpose, not forcing or pushing anything to happen. I’ve found beauty in slowing down and living mindfully.
