One of my favorite experiences of 2021 was taking my mom and dad to an Emmy Celebration Party. My mom, Colleen, had a rough year. Over 4 different surgeries to save her eyes, a brain tumor removed, her thyroid removed, all while being the stalwart, loving, and giving mother she is. Finally, her doctor cleared her to travel! What a joy it was seeing her on the red carpet with Brady and my dad, Bruce. Then @meredithactress (who is my cousin) completed the reunion. Thank you Meredith! Though Colleen still struggles to see clearly and evenly, it was an honor to have my family with me. To top off the trip, we attended John William’s concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Definitely a weekend to remember!
