I wrote this song as a mantra for myself to listen to and learn from. It’s a song about fully living in the present and not letting external pressures, whether that be your own self or people in your life, take away the joy from the current moment. I’m someone who loves to have everything figured out and is really goal oriented in all aspects of my life, but I found that approach wasn’t always serving me and my happiness.
