Erin Barnett Instagram – No, I’m not pregnant. I can understand why you would think that by just looking at this though.
Unfortunately I’ve had another hemorrhagic cyst rupture, just another day in the life living with PCOS.
The pain that comes with a cyst rupture is horrendous.
What follows afterwards is just as bad…
When the cyst ruptured it released blood and fluid into my lower belly and pelvis. My body will eventually absorb everything, hopefully in the next week. I can manage this pain at home with strong pain medication, heat packs & rest. Because this happens so unexpectedly it can be so frightening if you haven’t experienced this before – I know cyst ruptures are common, but that doesn’t make it any easier when it does occur. In some cases, surgery is needed when this happens.
I absolutely hate my reproductive organs. With only 1 ovary left, I just want it out. That’ll never happen, but I can dream.
I hate this so much. I hate my body for doing this to me. I hate how this makes me feel mentally. I hate everything about PCOS & endometriosis!
Please don’t tell me how you “cured” yours by doing yoga, or how you can cure this naturally. It’s all BS in my eyes & I don’t care. At this point in my life, after everything I’ve been through I’m not open to the idea of doing yoga, drinking some natural tea and getting a massage will magically CURE me. Stop saying something has CURED YOU. THERE IS NO CURE FOR ENDOMETRIOSIS OR PCOS! There may be natural ways to help with your symptoms, but it hasn’t cured you. I literally had someone message me yesterday telling me that pregnancy cures endometriosis & PCOS….. LOL OK.
Sorry if this sounds blunt. I’m exhausted, I’m over this. I don’t want to be a girl anymore lol I know so many other people are going through this, and please know I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND YOU! I feel for you! I am here for you! 🫶🏼
