Gina Carano Instagram – My baby niece asked me about the red mark on my eye, she pointed to it and worriedly said .. “aww ouchie?” I looked her in her deep curious darling eyes and said, “no ouchie, it’s an angel kiss, an angel kissed me when I was a baby in my mommas belly.” As my sister was pregnant at the time my niece understood, “baby in mommas belly” by me pointing to my quite literally and hilariously ready to pop at any moment pregnant sis. 💕😂 My niece burst with a smile and sweetly said “OHH OK” and moved right along her way. She didn’t care what it looked like, she just wanted to make sure it didn’t hurt. 🥹 I wish so badly we didn’t lose these innocent interactions as we moved into adulthood. I used to hate my “angels kiss” and now I love it. Usually when adults point it out, I say God knew I’d be a fighter so He gave me a good smack on the way down to prepare me for the hits I’d take.☺️ Here’s to learning how to love your angels kiss in yourself and others. 🪽👄 Hope someone needed to hear this.
