I’ve learned the most important lesson which is that standing up for yourself, even when it’s scary, is always a win. And if anyone wants to champion an underdog with projects in development ready to go, I’m your girl.

Hayley has been working in this industry as a sought after writer, creator and performer for decades. When Tracee Ellis Ross and Brian Dobbins signed on to Hayley Marie Normans project as executive producers, it was an exciting development that has since been a nightmare. During that time her mixed race comedy was developed for over a year and there were multiple iterations of a project Hayley created. While the superior court ruled largely in our favor, we strongly do not agree with the appellate decision. This is a true David and Goliath situation and we will continue to seek justice and truth for those unknown creators and voices that deserve to be heard.
