Jada Pinkett Smith Instagram – May is Mental Health Awareness Month and, in honor of that, I’m sharing this somatic exercise video from @medicinalmediaorg — a nonprofit I’ve been working with and watching grow since last summer. An untold number of mental health struggles boil down to our nervous systems, in one way or another. I love Medicinal Media’s child-led somatic series. Watching children participate in these beautiful videos brings me hope of how focus on mental health will become a new norm… everywhere.
