It’s funny because his melody accompanied us for the rest of our trip, and whenever things got a little exhausting, we sang this to motivate each other.
The Vosges surprised me with their beauty even more than I expected – it felt like the „little Pyrenees“ to me.
It was my first time going bikepacking with a trio of women, and it was awesome. We found beautiful bivouac spots along the route, and besides indulging in cake, coffee, ice cream, and all those lovely things, we covered more than 600km and almost 12,000 meters of ascent in four days – with the weather on our side.
