Jessica Fox Instagram – River Days Out. Getting out and about with River is my favourite thing to do. I’m on the look out for baby friendly activities that don’t confine him. While getting fresh air in the pram or carrier is beneficial and going for lunch is fun I find that if River can’t stretch his legs and explore he can get a bit fed up! After all, what’s this newfound freedom for if he can’t use it?! I am a big fan of soft play which I know is a bit unusual but watching River explore, test boundaries and have an absolute ball is endlessly entertaining to me and he always sleeps well after and it’s a winner with all this rubbish weather we’ve been having. First up is @banana_bens in Wrexham and so far my favourite soft play. Very clean, good changing facilities, excellent under 18 month and under 3 sections without too many unruly big kids high jacking it (why do older children like the baby bit so much??) and probably the best food I’ve had at a soft play so far.
