Jessica Hart Instagram – Our Divine Mother ‘Rae Jeanette Hart’ made her transition from this earthy plane. She passed peacefully yesterday morning, after what has been a tremendous journey battling ALS. She is a True warrior of Love who’s incredible courage birthed her into the spirit realm, no doubt roaring her greatness into the heavens and now showering us all with her expanded, deeply beautiful love. Oh our Mummah Hart, how we feel you encapsulating our whole hearts and Beings, Guiding us with what to do next.. It seems swift and like these words are coming sooner than we can comprehend them. We will be holding mums ‘Celebrations Of Life’ this coming Tuesday 24th (More details to come) And are currently holding a Vigil for the next 2 days. Praying, reading, telling stories… staying closely connected to mum for the honorary time of her earthly to heavenly transition.
