Jessika Evelyn Heiser Instagram – Wake up at 4:45am ✅ ✈️ home ✅ 5K 🏃‍♂️ ✅ Cool first time moment for me today! I was fast enough to place in my first 5K race of the weekend (another one scheduled for tomorrow morning) Average pace was 8:25 minute miles and total time was 26:16! 😮‍💨 🥵 It was a hot one and that put me at 3rd female overall out of 180 people! For a girl who in middle and high school could barely get through one mile at 16 minutes I was pretty tickled! Hoping to do well tomorrow, but no expectations 😇😂
