He is a truly talented and highly respected chef (and an absolute delight) who is a huge part of why sandwiches are really enjoying a ‘moment of culinary glory’ right now. He explains how his incredibly popular eateries happened by chance. What was meant to be a temporary business has now expanded to 3 locations that are packed from the moment they open. He believes that people love good, classic, delicious food that is made with the very freshest produce around.
