Went paddle boarding yesterday in the rain, had the best time on the swollen River, fucked myself up going downstream on the current and then realising we had to paddle upstream to get back to base, couldn’t stop paddling cause the river pulled you backwards, needless to say I fell asleep at 6pm till 9ish on the couch, then went to bed and crashed until 630 this morning. Wiped me out, today I hurt in places that really shouldn’t, I had a blast with @trai_cie_bfw but, fuck me I’m sore today pmsl!! 🙃
