Biking has been the thing that feels the best on my body & I feel like I can get a good intensity out of it .. so on the bike we go hard 🤝 today’s workout was:
20:00 min warmup

6 sets:
3:00 at 100rpm & 90-105% of your 20min max
2:00 easy spin
–
10:00 cooldown spin
