Kelly Kruger Instagram – These pickled carrots don’t last more than 24 hours in my house!! The kids love them, we love them. I especially love them because they help w my chip problem 🤣 They’re healthy, crunchy and delicious! 

What veggies would you pickle? 

Veggie of choice 
– 2 cups white vinegar
– 2 cups water
– 1/4 cup sugar I used maple sugar
– 2 tablespoons salt
– 4 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
– 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
– 2 teaspoons dill seeds
– 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Kelly Kruger Instagram – Since my strawberry fruit roll up went so viral I thought I’d show you how to do watermelon! 🍉 

It’s a little harder because u have to strain the pulp but it’s a great healthy snack! 

Will you be making this?

Take a big watermelon. 
Cut it up and blend 
Strain the pulp and save the juice for later 
Add a splash of lemon and sweetener (optional)
Bake at 175 for about 4-5 hours until done.
