Kiana Madeira Instagram – As I sit here and write this, I am still in shock at this news. The sudden passing of Chance has hit me so hard, I can’t quite grasp the reality of it. It doesn’t make sense how a person with SO much life and joy and exuberance can be gone from this planet without a warning. But this is true to human life, and as I reflect on who Chance was and how he lived, I am inspired and in awe. I think I can speak for anyone who had the honour of meeting Chance. He truly lit up every single room he entered with his smile, his genuine and caring eyes, and his love for pranks and cracking jokes. From the moment I met him he made me feel safe, seen, and heard. His presence was warm and his love was abundant. As an artist, Chance was a firecracker. Improv King. A dream actor to work alongside. A wonderful friend, son, and brother. Chance is LIGHT personified and my favourite thing about light is that it has no boundaries. It seeps through cracks and finds its way into dark corners. I feel it in my soul that Chance’s spirit is now even more abundant and free than it was when contained in a human body. Chance is eternal and I find so much comfort knowing that he is resting in peace, alongside our Creator. I am praying for his family and friends during this transitional season and sending healing energy and love to every one who is feeling this physical loss. We love you, Chance Perdomo 💜🦋✨🙏🏽
