Kimberly Williams-Paisley Instagram – Found this pic of my mom with her and my dad’s first and only puppy, Hathaway. They had him for less than a week when they decided they couldn’t possibly take care of him with their busy careers as journalists. A few years later, I surprised them with my arrival, and Mom and Dad started having kids rather than dogs until Popcorn, a puffy Bichon we had for less than two days when I was in high school. After a few accidents on the rug, that dog was sent packing and Mom and Dad decided we just weren’t a dog family. But then I grew up! And learned how to do it properly (there are tips and tricks!!) and now we are a happy and proud dog family. Yay!
