Live oaks, budding daffodils a forest full of blooming star magnolias & camellias greeted us this time. I love being down in the Outer Banks and this trip was no exception 🌊 it’s always good for the soul. My next book – BEACH LIFE- comes out the weekend before Memorial Day to kick off the summer and it’s all about beach life- interiors, people places food, and how our minds bodies are affected by being near the ocean and how we can use that special time to find our truest selves 🤍 it’s filled with personal stories (lol goes way back to when D and I first met, chronicles how we found and fixed up @thelostcottage and finishes off with our most recently finished project- Dune House- and how some healing has been needed after that one.)
