Lisa Marie Varon Instagram – I don’t know how I missed this but last month on April 6th we lost such an amazing gifted talent. @scottblairart Scott Blair after a horrific battle with brain cancer. I do recall his gut punching post about his status back in February but he always remained positive and hopeful.To us Widows Peak Freaks He designed @reallisamarie gorgeous Princess Leia t-shirt where he spoofed the classic Coppertone ad. Scott was a huge deal to me as an illustrator why you ask… because he introduced me to Copic makers my most used medium and he’s the reason I started illustrating on comic covers. It really meant a lot to me the one Victoria shirt I got through Lisa was his version.I never met him unfortunately but we did exchange a few words when I participated in his Monstober drawing challenge and he especially loved my sketch of Lisa Marie as Vampirella. We will miss you Scott and your gorgeous drawings. You will be in our prayers especially to those who also fighting this cruel and selfish battle. RIP Scott. -Frank Mongelluzzo
