There’s so much work that goes on behind the scenes. Just a reminder to everyone to celebrate your own little wins —the progress you make while doing the work in the dark. It can be hard to recognize the success that isn’t reflected yet in performances that others see and praise. We don’t celebrate our hard work enough, until it’s actually tangible by means of a hard ascent or a competition win. Be proud of the things others don’t even see. And to the haters who are inevitably always out there judging others, focus on your own growth.
