During this training block, I fell back in love with the sport that has broken my heart so many times. I began to trust my body and appreciate its strength. I fueled to be strong and powerful rather than counting calories. I ran with my community. I made new friends. I had fun every single day. I viewed this all as something that I get to do instead of something that I have to do. How cool is it that I get to “play” the sport I love competitively as an adult?! This is all such a dream! ❤️
