Melanie Fiona Instagram – A gift from MOTHERHOOD. 💜 When I was 7, I wrote a poem about being alone, and how I found comfort in knowing my shadow was there. As I was walking with my children this morning, I was reminded of how great a gift they are to me. A feeling of completeness and overwhelming joy. My shadow now walks tall with my lil homies, until my lil homies are taller than me. And even then, I will remember that as long as we have each other, we won’t ever have to walk alone. Remember, the days are long, but the years are short. Cherish today. 💜
