But the industry doesn’t reflect the diverse country we live in—women receive just 2 percent of VC funding, with Black women and Latina founders receiving only a fraction of that percentage.   When you think about it, it’s ironic that the people who are looking for disruptive ideas keep expecting it to come from the same source.
