1st time I tasted tear gas was in 1994 when Egyptian riot police used it vs Cairo university students to prevent their march to the nearby Israeli embassy to protest the Hebron massacre. I moved to the US 6yrs later and I’ve spent the past 24yrs watching the US morph into Egypt.
