My Nana introduced me to the magical world of storytelling, a world that by age 4, I knew I wanted to be a part of. When I set my eyes on Barbara Streisand’s transcendent role as Fanny Brice in “Funny Girl,” I was hooked. Watching the Broadway performance of the movie that changed my life, alongside my Nana and Mom, is a moment I’ll cherish forever. And words will never fully express my gratitude for a grandmother who believed in me and gave me everything I could possibly need to chase my dream… just like Fanny Brice. ❤️💫
