Nyesha Arrington Instagram – Simple things can be great… it’s all about execution and sometimes an uncomplicated breakfast burrito is all you need 🌯 Thiccc bacon, potato rosti, egg cooked open faced-omelette style, cheddar cheese, whole green onion confit in the bacon fat while bacon was roasting in the oven and Crystal hot sauce 🌶️ Notes: I think cooking the hashbrowns aswell as the eggs in a circle allows you to get a perfect bite every time … when you roll the burrito, it makes a spiral of ingredients 🌀- not huge and over filled, where one bite could be all egg the next all beans or what ever other ingredients are in the burrito.. ya know what I mean?
