Paola Paulin Instagram – Buon Appetito! 🍽️🎉 I recently had the honor of crafting a custom Italian menu for a special birthday dinner, and what a culinary adventure it was!
We embarked on our gastronomic journey with an appetizing Alsatian onion tart, delicately flavored with fresh thyme and creamy gyre cheese – a tantalizing start that set the tone for the feast to follow.
Next, we cleansed our palates with my signature refreshing Caprese stack, a vibrant medley of fresh flavors that left us eager for more.
The main event was a feast in itself! We savored my authentic baked Chicken Parmesan, draped in a rich marinara sauce, and accompanied by oven-baked potatoes. Each potato was topped with a delicious blend of buttery cheese, Panko, olive oil, and Parmesan, served in individual ramekins. Adding a touch of healthy greens to our plates, we also enjoyed a side of Julian sautéed organic veggies sprinkled with Celtic salt – the epitome of comfort food heaven!
And to conclude our delectable journey, we indulged in an Italian flourless chocolate torte. Paired with Madagascar vanilla gelato, it offered the perfect balance of decadence and refreshing sweetness – a fitting finale to a fabulous meal.
