Poh Ling Yeow Instagram – Post market snack was Greek yoghurt with thick honey & fresh thyme from my garden. I love when honey gets like this, so viscous that if it hits something cold it almost goes chewy. It’s been such a huge week with MC anticipation ramping up, I had to take a moment to be calm, sit in the sunshine and contemplate what’s about to happen. I’ve been on tele for the past 15 years but nothing on this scale and it’s so scawwwy but it’s done now and I just wanted to say the biggest thank u to @andyallencooks @sofiaklevin @jeanchristophe_novelli and all the amazing crew & contestants @masterchefau for swaddling me through the past 5 months – it’s been a real baptism by fire and I couldn’t think of 3 more awesome and wonderfully different ppl to go thru this with.
