Simply soften into the discomfort. Meet it. Breath into it. Surrender into the flow of what is right now. Don’t resist it. Accept it. But mostly, trust it. Trust that it’s gifting you growth, fuel and grit. That it’s giving you the internal resources that you need to claim this coming year and all you desire and dream. I wish you deep comfort within the discomfort that has been. Stillness within the unease. And softening within the stretch. You have met many depths within yourself this year.. and you have survived. How incredible is that? Because if 2020 has taught me anything, it’s that there is a fire burning so fiercely inside of me, ignited a thousand times over by being forced to surrender to the year that was. You are not alone.
