Reanin Johannink Instagram – This is my soul land; a waterfall on a special piece of land in New Zealand where my godmother lives. And it’s the thought of this, that is right now getting me through these last 2 days of an extremely rough 14 day managed isolation (quarantine) period, here in New Zealand. Generally I’m someone who loves to be alone, I’m someone who mediates daily, I’m someone who chooses to meet and heal her shadows and who finds solace in being with self. But being forced to stay inside a small room where I am only allowed to leave once a day for a 30min supervised walk has definitely been extremely mentally challenging. So today I am doing gratitude work and reflecting on the things that I am grateful for. To give me energy and some peace. The place in this picture is one of them.
