Rianti Cartwright Instagram – Our family had the pleasure of visiting the Club Med in Kiroro, Hokkaido last week and had the most fantastic time.
Before the trip, I looked up the reviews (ofcourse) and one mum-of-three wrote that it was the most sleep she had in years – I was sold! A lot of people say that going on vacation with young children is just moving your “busyness” to a different location, but this time we actually got a break.
Their amazing toddlers club, called Petit Club Med, beckoned to Cara Rose like a carnival of lights, and she happily spent the day building snowmen with the attentive staff while we tried snowboarding.
Meals were elaborate buffets three times a day with snacks in between and drinks flowing at all times.
There are shows every night and lots of dancing, children are invited to participate.
During the day, there is something for everyone, from winter sports, day trips to nearby Otaru to relaxing spa treatments and a soak in their natural spring onsen. I understand the hype now. Club Med Kiroro Grand we’ll be back.
