Roberta Blevins Instagram – Happy Mother’s Day to all who celebrate from me and the 2 best girls who taught me how to mom, Abbey & Audrey.
I know everyone thinks they have the best kids, but these two beautiful ladies make me so proud and surprise me every day with how amazing they continue to be.
Abbey speaks fluent Spanish, plays alto saxophone, is starring in the school musical, is on the honor roll and is just an amazing help around the house with all our pets and chores.
Audrey is at UCSB and KILLING it, graduating early to come home and get her masters at SDSU, and is growing up to be the most beautiful and smart woman. I am beyond proud of how hard she works and how far she’s come.
I got to become a stepmom in 2009 when Audrey was just 3, and Abbey didn’t come along for another 3 years. Both of these girls taught me so much about patience and how to listen, how to be the best mom to them I could be, and how to also be their confidant and friend.
Thanks for making me a mama, girls. I love you both so much.
