I had the honor of participating in an interview as one of the “people supporting the tequila industry.” on “The Beginner’s Tequila Textbook” ✌️😭 The author, Yumi, is a seasoned veteran of the tequila world, having visited around 90 tequila distilleries. This book is truly the crystallization of her passion.
Tequila often carves memories into my mind when I drink it, perhaps to it , with its strong aroma and flavor. Watching the dedication of the distillers first hand, has always left a profound impact on me, and even after many years, a sip of that particular tequila brand can transport me back in time in Mexico.
After reading “The Beginner’s Tequila Textbook,” memories of the distilleries and hotels in Mexico that I visited with Ms. Me toki came flooding back. Congratulations on creating this wonderful book.
