Sarasa Instagram – 【📣Important Announcement】After 3 years of operation, I would like to share that my Mexican restaurant @rubia_tokyo and the mezal bar @tahona_tokyo, which I lovingly established with @edo_kobayashi amidst the challenges of the pandemic, have found a new owner who was captivated by its charm! As of the end of January, they have been gracefully passed on to this new individual.
This decision marks a new chapter in my life, allowing me to focus more on my passion for music.
RUBIA & TAHONA introduced the concept of Mexican gastronomy with a Japanese twist, offering a unique culinary experience that combines the best of both worlds. It garnered recognition worldwide and was featured in the prestigious “Tokyo’s Best Restaurants 2022″ guidebook only within 1 year since opening. None of this would have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our staff, for which I am immensely grateful. Moreover, the bonds I have formed with our wonderful guests are treasures that I will cherish forever. I apologize for not being able to reach out to each of you individually, but rest assured that RUBIA & TAHONA continues to operate under the same concept and seasonal menu with the new owner at the helm.
As for me, I am returning to my roots as DJ SARASA and dedicating myself fully to music activities. I am excited to embark on new adventures, participating in events both nationally and internationally. I’m ready to immerse myself in delivering incredible music experiences and can’t wait to meet everyone across the country.
