With trust being the new brand equity, (okay for sure not *new* but definitely a new developments in the world, understanding what builds what destroys it, is top priority for new brand strategies) now is the time to focus on personal branding. You can’t just say “be authentic” when not offering true value. Focus on developing relationships and understanding people.
