There is so much I have heard with the conversations I’ve had with the women from the times of when I would support the women of the BME community with their mental health, from the times I was a carer, from the times when I suffered drastically with my own mental health, from the times where I have had so many conversations through my health coaching. I know how we have so much happening in our lives that many don’t understand. 🙏🏽 I feel for you 🙏🏽🤲🏽
