Nestled amidst ancient naturopathic wisdom these subterranean pools with temperatures ranging from 7 to 40 degrees Celsius offered a transformative experience. From aiding injury recovery to boosting the immune system each dip was a step closer to wellness. After mustering the courage, I immersed myself for a fulfilling 25 seconds (90 seconds is ideal ) but I could only go upto this as it was my first time . A must try .
