Girls Leadership is the only organization that exists solely to provide girls and gender-expansive youth with the internal skills that form the foundation of leadership.
This celebration marked the official launch of their groundbreaking research study on the
leadership of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) girls and gender-expansive youth in the U.S. In collaboration with Evaluation Studio and the Girls Leadership’s Youth Research Council (YRC), has released this first-of-its-kind national study, Why We Lead: Understanding and Supporting the Leadership of AANHPI Girls and Gender-Expansive Youth.
To create the conditions for AANHPI girls and gender-expansive youth to lead, all who support and work with them can use these insights to deepen their understanding & advocacy within the community.
