Shoshana Bush Instagram – A little snippet of my work life. For those of you who don’t know how much goes into a self tape…it’s usually crazy material with a fast turnaround, coercing your actor friends to read with you, begging your reps for an extra day to study the 10 pages, shouting at the lawnmower outside to shut up in the middle of your best take, editing out the .3 seconds after you broke character but your fingers are fat and hard to edit so that .3 seconds is really pissing you off, spiraling over what take is the strongest to send in. Yet. I have learned to embrace the challenges. I truly look back at all this with pride. I care. I work hard. I love what I do. Even if it gets frustrating.
