Soma Bhatia Instagram – Hate is an emotion I struggled with a lot growing up. I was bullied so much and I hated everyone who hurt me. But I didn’t realize that I was giving them even more power over me!
As I approached 10th grade I had an experience of being bullied so badly I switched schools and decided to never let anyone hurt me again. Once I took that control back, I never got bullied again. It was as if that had been the key the entire time💕🫶🏽
Now anytime someone is rude to me or says mean things, I just feel bad for them. They must be going through their own insecurities to say such bad things. Because hurt people, hurt people. I realize it’s not about me and I move on. ✨
